This policy explains what information Leegacy Solutions LLC ("Leegacy Solutions," "we," "us") collects when you visit leegacysolutions.com or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We serve clients in Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and the United States.
In short: we collect the details you choose to send us through our forms, and we use cookies from Meta and Microsoft to understand how people use our website and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information you give us
When you fill in a form on our website or contact us, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Business Health Check: your answers and scores, and, if you ask for your report, your name, business name, email address and whether you are happy for us to follow up about our services.
- Service inquiries: your name, business name, email, phone number, preferred date, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about your needs.
- Improvement Roadmap orders: your name, business name, email, business type, team size and the challenges and tools you describe.
- Emails and messages you send us directly, for example to info@leegacysolutions.com.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and digital products such as the Leegacy Operations Manager™ are sold through Gumroad. We do not receive or store your full card details; those companies handle them under their own privacy policies.
2. Information collected automatically
Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record actions on our website, such as visiting a page, opening or completing the Business Health Check, submitting a form, or clicking through to buy a product. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you if you use its services. We use it to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited our website or who may be interested in our services. We see these results as totals; Meta does not tell us who you are.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, for example which sections are read, where people click and scroll, and where they leave. Clarity creates anonymous recordings and heatmaps of visits. It is designed to hide sensitive information you type into forms. Microsoft may use this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page, and stores the forms you submit so we can read them.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests, and to send you the reports, quotes or products you ask for.
- To provide and manage the services you engage us for.
- To follow up about our services, but only if you have told us that is okay, or you have contacted us about them.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to protect our business and our clients.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as Netlify (website and forms), Meta (advertising measurement), Microsoft (website analytics), Stripe (payments), Gumroad (digital products) and Google (email and documents), or where the law requires us to.
5. Your choices
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website will still work.
- Ads from Meta: you can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram, including ads based on websites you visit, in your Meta ad preferences.
- Emails from us: you can ask us to stop following up at any time by replying to our email or writing to info@leegacysolutions.com.
- Your information: you can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@leegacysolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and Health Check information for as long as it is useful for responding to you and following up, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
7. Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and limit who can access your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, full card numbers or government ID numbers through our forms.
8. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
